Who creates the artwork?

Every piece is designed and illustrated by Suparom Ronyut-Henry at her home studio in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. All orders are packed and shipped directly from here.

What is Risograph printing?

Risograph printing is a unique, tactile printing process where each colour is laid down one layer at a time using soy-based inks. Because each layer is printed individually, prints naturally feature slight misalignments, ink overlaps, and texture variations. These variations are not defects—they make every single print unique and one-of-a-kind!

Are your products mass-produced?

No. All prints, stationery, and goods are produced independently in small batches.

What is the largest art print size available?

For Risograph art prints, the largest size produced is A3.

Do you use AI (Artificial Intelligence)?

No. All artwork is 100% human-made with care. Using, scraping, or reproducing any of this artwork to train AI models is strictly prohibited.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

• Order Processing & Dispatch: All items are packed with care in small batches from our studio in Naarm/Melbourne. Orders are typically processed and handed over to Australia Post within 1 to 3 business days.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your chosen delivery method and location (details below). You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the studio!

What if my order weighs over 5 kg?

Because heavy or bulk orders require special protective packaging to ensure your prints and items arrive safely, our website automatically calculates shipping for orders up to 5 kg.

If your total order exceeds 5 kg:

• Checkout will prompt you to contact us for a custom quote.
• Please email store.suparom@gmail.com before placing your order! We’ll weigh your total order and send you a custom invoice with an accurate Australia Post shipping quote.

Are taxes and customs duties included?

For international orders outside Australia, customers are responsible for handling their own local import taxes, VAT, or customs duties assessed by their country's customs authority upon arrival.

 

Orders & Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are produced in small batches, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please double-check item dimensions and details carefully before placing your order.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please email store.suparom@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can help sort it out.
